Sentiments.

These are the sentiments that sorta like, you know posted after graduation day or smth. Seems to a bit late. (TBH I wouldnt have done it but the vice ct rep was ranting that other class have and we dun have -.-). Here it goes. I'll let the vice
ct rep have the honours first.

From here on below, its all hers.

Its like 18 days to the first 'A' level geography paper, and 39 days to the end of 'A' levels! And i feel that i should be studying and making full use of my time to go study now, but don't think i can do it without finishing this 'reflection post' about our class and the past 2 years [almost].

Although its a little late since graduation day last friday, but its better late than never right? To express my gratitude and fustrations, laughter and anger that i've felt with 0827.

Starting off with when i first came in to NYJC. Of course, i was already accepted into NY, through 'the back door' as most of you would define DSA, much earlier than all of you [excluding imran, haikal and kunyang]. Fretting about what subjects to take, biology chemistry or physics economics? Having taken the latter, i have of course often regretted my decision, but some of you guys would always say "Then you would have never met us!" Yeah, that's true of course.

Then begins orientation, having always been in a class with more girls as compared to guys, i haven't had an idea how this class would turn out to be like. Orientation was a rather short period too, i must say, maybe it wasn't enough for our class to bond well enough, which explains the rather 'unbonded' state right now. [Its alright if you don't share my sentiments]

I do have to apologise for being 'missing' for the earlier part of j1. Too involved with my previous OG i must say..

I am like writing this personal sentiments alongside with Bobby. And he's complaining 5 paragraphs of introduction is just way too much, so i shall just continue on individually with the rest of the classmates~

Gordon:
Right, our future cop. Didn't talk to you much in the previous year, except when it was around...december? Where we started playing AO together with the others. Somehow, the one phrase that i will always remember you say would be "Everyday is my birthday" followed by you giving that haughty smirk. [hahahah =x] Vegetables will always cover your chicken when you have steamboat with me! MUahhahahahha

Xueying:
OG36 member! But always MIA-ing. Always having been bullied by your good friend Jovin [with me somehow being her accomplice by not warning you of her presence] =) Also forever blur. Seeing all the things that she does, or not know, she will make you feel like laughing, and at the same time wonder how blur she can just get. But of course, the one along with Jiawen whom i hang out with the most during school time. Always stuffing her pencil case with GREEN highlighters until it burst. But she's there most of them time when i want to complain about my work and stuff..thankful for that =). Oh yeah, spell properly!!!!!! I should buy you a dictionary for your birthday to supplement your electronic dictionary.

Toon Yi:
Don't really like to call you by Bobby, but somehow can't help it cause everyone's calling you that. Like once again, hardly any memory of you from last year too, except that i remember you're in xy's PW group. Also AO-ing along with you. And managed to drag you into CO to save our zhong ying sheng! Although trying to pull wg in was unsuccessful, but im glad you stayed, CO is fun fun fun fun~ Got to know you much better like now, always disturbing you with physics question, talking about mm, [and like what happened to my sinkbots and your slimes] fringe, anime and quite alot of stuff. Well, glad for that, someone to rant to =x. But hey CT rep, hope you had fun working with me [somehow or another]... And yes, its good that the chalet has finally been booked. And stop playing street fighter already la.

Benjamin:
Hiya hiya hiya ben. Somehow always find your msn dp rather odd, doesn't really give the 'Ben' feeling. My supposed good luck charm because of mm. So please bring me more luck!! Especially for 'A' levels =D. And yet another AO person, and its the same too, getting to know you better after AO. And geography rep, nicely done ^^.

Jiawen:
Always being called black, having recieved a whitening cream for your birthday last year, but you still never use! Haha, the 2 days younger than me girl, but our height difference ah.... Always trying to con people of their money when buying food!! And always asking to add gravy until the bowl of rice is some porridge. [yuck!!] =x. PE times, you will always be the one whom i throw the ball to, cause xy always flies somewhere, while the rest hide in a corner =x. So, nice to depend on you for that ^^. However, sometimes i feel that you worry a tad too much though.. And good job working together with me for all those xy water bottles, erasers and handphones hiding job ^^. We make a good team! [though we can't work together for work, i must reiterate what i've said in jc1].~

Ryan:
PW mate! Always being some kind of joker. But it was good having you in the group especially we have the other 2 'very' good group mates. Haha, i must admit you are responsible and stuff, but don't let it get to your head! =x. Living on the other end of the world [with respect to gordon's end of the world] you must really have a hard time coming to school, but im glad i meet you in some of the mornings where i get free rides to school! =D [i seem to get many rides from you and gordon].

Teik Siang :
Well, i do think that you don't really know how to interact with people very well, hope you know your flaws and do improve on them infuture. Also, listening to instructions is very important, try not to dismiss it off as some rentless chantings. And also, don't return people tutorials one year after you have borrowed them!!!

Shinna:
I am sure you would agree almost all of us girls in the class have different personalities, which makes it rather hard for us to find a common topic. But im glad we all still got along fine. I wonder whether you will miss the fishball noodles when we leave ny, cause you always seem to be eating that if you we to eat in the canteen. Eating it with all the red chili soyasauce dip =X. haha.

Yong Siang:
You seriously talk nonsense to me =.=. In gordon's dad's car, in tuition, in school. Somehow whatever you say seems really nonsensical. That's my impression of you ever since you came for tuition and have been spending more time around =x. But seriously, you should finish your food quickly and not leave it around to turn cold then offer it to people!!!

Zheng Hui:
Primary school mates, 0827 classmate, and just realised not the same kindergarten mate. Always late for school, not there for PW, making so much noise during PW, always asking for sweets during PW, and talking to you during lecture can really make me not listen to the lecture totally =.=. Its nice to talk to you, but you're always saying silly stuff also. You're like the only classmate i would ever have to give a morning call to, or to go get macs breakfast before going to school on unofficial days. And always the one to have watched the movies in the cinemas wayyyyyy before any of us does. And i think there's still so many more things to say =X. Really too many... haha. But it was really nice knowing you, though you should not alwasy be so late for stuff..................AND YOU STILL OWE ME MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT.

Fong Kay:
PW group mate!!!!! If not for you, i think i would have already murdered all my pw members already. I still remember the clip we made for you for our OP, it was the one where by you had to stand in so many different positions in Ryan's living room. It was fun wasn't it? =X, I seem to like that very much xD. Coming to school in the mornings, i will always meet you when i make the turn towards school, wonder whether you have some kind of telepathy to know that i was about to come that way =X. And always eating bread during breaks, bread is nice, wholemeal bread is not nice!!

Nicholas:
Ah, really not much interaction with you =X. But i do remember that you can make some really mean but funny comments =x. And you don't know your secondary four teacher's dunno what humans subject teacher's name! You must go and find out her name and remember it now!! My aunty leh!!! =x

Wenguang:
My dear sis! And the rubbish dump house, and where all the rubbish bins are like teleporters for us =.=. So lame! Anyway, you're a good to talk to and confide in too, just that you make alot of odd and weird and funny and _______ remarks. Being the person i will spam online for a period of time... yeah, maybe i got to know you better through that. =X. Ah, you're another person whom i will eat macs breakfast with, whenever there's morning tuition, of course i still find it rather weird to dip that breakfast bun into chili.... Finally, treat that person well okay! If not i will help her scold you! =x.

Jia Jun:
Beatty schoolmate, we somehow had a reshuffle of classmates with andre and cheyenne right. But i wonder whether you know who cheynne is =.=. Remember that i first met you in sec2 for the peer support leader training, and you were playing with a tennis ball [im sure you can't remember], thereafter there wasn't much interaction between the two of us. Coming to 0827, i found you to be a rather crazy guy, and you always seem to give me a feeling that you're trying to cover up something.. =/ [pardon me if im wrong]. But overall, admist all your craziness and stuff, you're a nice guy to talk to especially when we're going home together. And yes, take care of your face! Especially in NS, don't let it get worse!

Randy:
The eldest in our class. Also missing most of the time as well. You also worry alot, maybe even far more than jiawen, i feel that it would be better if you worried less. In j1, when you wore a very strong cologne to class and sat next to me during GP. Right after that i fell sick, cause i can't stand strong smell like those! =X. Jiayou for A levels, and hope you can get into SMU! [hope i remembered right]

Ling Yan:
Weeelyyyy~ As you join co for such a long time before you finally joined xD. NYCO rocks right! And I can't go to hongkong with all of youuuu, be sure to bring me back souvenirs! ^^. Those that you brough back from taiwan last year were nice =D, and timely too, cause dls took so long to give us a break till i was hungry x.x hahaha. We should go find jlau soon one day go out eat, though eating with jlau will require you to be alert almost 100% of the time =x.

Vincent:
Remember the little red note i wrote for everyone during valentines? What i wrote inside still holds okay! Hope you remember what's in it =X. And you're the only one with the same surname as me, Wong, you gotta agree with me that its the best surname right! ^^

And finally i have finished typing! Its very difficult to do this you know? You can have a go at it by trying it out =X. But, once again, its the end of the almost 2 years, and we're going to go our separate ways. Hope we will still remain in contact after this, and all the best in NS [be sure not to get hurt] or work or university and of course, our results we're going to get back next year~

Introduction:

0827.零八二七. It is a group where distinct individuals come together for the sake of pursuing an odd combination of subjects which had led us to a miserable ratio
of males and females. These 1 year + dunno how many months had been generally enjoyable throughout the junior college life. Being in this group, even with the
lousy gender ratio, it was really......an irreplaceable experience of life. The days of sleeping in tutorials,days of sitting in the most left seat of the K row of lt 4 during physics lecture, days of basketball, days of complaining about exams and anticipation of our class ranking. It cannot be describe in words. It can only be felt.When I first came into this class, I didnt felt foreign due to some bullshit deja vu i've suffered last time. It was a place where I felt almost home, due to the fact that we spent long hours in the jc and hanging around one another.

Body:

Thus, the following paragraphs is dedicated to each and everyone of 0827/09.
It is according to the index number.

1. Gordon: Sir, when I first came nanyang, I thought you were a beng kia like jia jun. During orientation got hostile eyes de. After hanging around for quite sometime,
you became one of the 'child' of 0827, based on your looks and mindset. Child, literally.Dun worry, you're still mature than ryan. Still bit jealous of you sia, floorball vicecaptain,can use the position to hang around with floorball girls seh. By the way, improve on your smsing speed or else we'll steal your food when you are smsing.Oh yah, next time when you learn something don't shoot off the wrong direction leh. Everytime hear you ask physics will get gong one leh.

2. Xueying: 4 years classmate liao, only jc then get to know you abit better sia. Since I'm typing this I'll be 90% honest bah. When kena same pw group that time,
was super relieved at that time cause at least got flower to see .After pw, I'm super impressed . 18 years old only, got the future housewife qualities liao.
Sometimes discuss pw at night you have to go cook food de. Really power sia. However your blurness never ceases to surprise us. I think the funniest moment that I can remember was at your house before going for the class bbq.

3.Toon Yi: Most awesome guy in 0827. Best CT rep in the world. Nuff said.

4. Benjamin: 4 years classmate too. Cool guy. Cool pw mate, everytime pw sure can contact one cause you always online also lol. Cool friend to hang around when going home.Super sian lah, after promos lose to you all the way in ranking points le. Your rpg skills quite power.Fb games also quite power.You are also one of the super suay
guys in our class. Everytime play basketball somehow will kena one or two injury de. Better get goodluck charm in the future lol. Oh yeah one last thing, hols got lobang
intro ok?

5. Jia Wen: 6 years classmate. Now still dunno you well sia.. I'm ashamed of that. Only know that everytime got class outing, you cant come cause either meeting friends or got church stuff. You seriously too dedicated to your activities liao lah. Everytime after school also dissapear de. After A's if we got outing you better come hor, or else we go your house drag you out.

6. Ryan: Commando reject and Air Force reject, you have my condolences though i guess that they have decided that you are too childish to be in either one of those.
Fellow history mate who still refuses to touch the spread of cold war, you are throwing away free marks man. You're another guy to be jealous of. Got 2 ex girlfriends.Now even got girls to massage everyday. Kao you really become the flirt of our class. Really hate to say that your basketball skills improved tremendously. Think if now 1v1 sure lose to you le. Oh yeah, you better get A for history arh, all these time beat me by a little bit nia really feel damn buay song.

7.Teik Siang: I'll confess that I really got nothing much to write here. A new kid that joins our class after orientation is kinda fresh for awhile. But dude, the frequency thatuncouth words exits your mouth is kinda unwanted which is almost hitting as high as jia jun's frequency during last year. Hopefully you didn't hit resonance at all this year.However, I still envy you for your ability to score in gp and econs man. You better do well in A's too or else I'll go mad.

8.Shinna: Ah another fellow pw/history mate. It was interesting hanging around with you sometimes like that time we played mahjong at your house after pw and watching
300 at there too. I remember vividly at the point where you all had to take a break from mahjong and watch our reactions when the sex scene of 300 arrived. It was very
humiliating.... Oh yeah, congratz on the improvement made during prelims. Was inspirited by it cause you had proven us that with hard work, results are indeed
possible. Really look forward to your well earned results during A's!.

9.Yongsiang: Fellow history siao gina. Everyday confirm got one or two times nonsense come out of your mouth de which is fun when crapping around lol.
You also drag us to playing whatever sport you play sia. Now whole class stucked to basketball le. Your skills also damn zai seh, everytime play with you will feel inferior de. Now your hist essay also score until quite zai,make me feel even more jealous of you sia. Good basketball skills, one or two high essay marks, got mother provide you free package for facial, you really got a good life.

10: Zheng hui: You are one hell of a guy man. If theres a defense instructor job opening available , just go and grab it. Whoever hangs around with you, must be on their guardall the way. Verbal and physical aspect. One of the guys who has an amazing amount of carnal knowledge at his disposal and thus earned my respect in that area. However,it is not fun to eat rice in mayonaise. Yet, you're one of the amazing jokers that I've known which is an impressive fact as anybody who hangs around with you will be rendered unable to do work. Side note: Dun be disheartened about what mr bong said. Fellow 10 pointer confirm can one.

11.Fong Kay: Oh my.... I'll admit that I'm guilty of not knowing much about you. You're super quiet among the girls sia. However, you gave the impression of...lemme try drag in a quote "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something."- Plato. So from that quote, the impression is kinda good right? Still feel quite surprised sometimes when you come for several class outings though. On a side note, the fact about the night life isn't true right?

12: Nicholas: Einstein of our class. Recently dethroned academic king. Used to want to overtake you after last year mid years but jc slack life took over me. Everything dunno sure can ask you de. Now basketball also quite zai le sia, can do lay up from behind, shooting also quite good around the board. Oh yeah you also one of the suay guys who kena injured also de. Leaving note: When you get girlfriend tell us leh, super interested in what kind you will go for de.

13: Wen guang: Commando kia, slack attitude also can get in really got nothing to say sia. The guy who dragged me into guitar in the first place. Just realised that you're the only guy that I'll converse with in chinese most of the time. Good guy to ensure that my verbal chinese proficiency does not fall below sub par. Oh yeah, still got one score haven't settle with you sia, say want join co pull me along then later run away. Pang seh kia. Now got gf confirm pangseh us even more de. Anyway, look forward in attending your wedding. Better send us wedding invitation cards.

14.Jia jun: The uncouth words generator. Never ceaseless to emit one of them everyday during the j1 year. Although there is a slight improvement in j2, its still bad. Crazy guy who goes to class outing just for the sake of eating. Priority of his life is to eat and yet does not grow fat. Cant forget that memorable yell in the toilet when it started raining on you.Football maniac as well who never ceases to try and convince people to watch football. Glad to be able to talk about nba stuff with for quite a few times though.

15. Randy. The oldest guy in our class. Everytime stand behind you during the parade square like standing behind a giant. Anyway really don't know you well leh now that I realised it , everytime busy with council work de sia. However still think you're quite a cool guy, everytime watch movie, go night spots, like chao ji matured guy sia. Will always remember you as the prawn star classmate. By the way, please reduce the number of times you worry leh... sometimes you worry for nothing de.

16.Ling yan: Ex Ct rep. Wa, dunno what to type here sia. Only know last time talk to you keep kajiaoing people de and think the clear memory that i had was talking rubbish with you and ryan about ranking the top 5 handsome guys and top 5 chioest girls in our class. I was really surprised when you brought back some tidbits from Taiwan to share that time . By the way, sometimes the stare of yours is really creepy, like can look into what the person is thinking sia. By the way, i still wonder how come you handed on to me the Ct-rep position seh.

17. Vincent: Eh... quite long time never talk to you le arh. Feel guilty about not talking even though we are classmates. Like the clearest memory I had was hanging around with you andryan before mid years and the most atrocious thing.... comparing calf muscles during the midst of history lesson. That was seriously gay. Anyway, congratz on dethroning nicholas! Now top in our class liao zai kia! Surely your consultations have come to fruitation! Oh yeah I think Sequierra is biased de, I got same marks as you for the Korean War essay he only take yours,
never take mine.

18. Suyi: First impression, ice queen. Everytime vanishes during the j1 year. When hear you got play ro I was like, mai siao siao, za bor play mmorpg one sia. Anyway, kinda surprised when you started playing AO. Then got to know the crazy side of you in co. Somehow you took over the spot of being the only girl during class outings in the j2 year which was i think xy's spot for 1 or 2 outings which led to feeling like it becomes an all guys outing instead as well. Seriously do not remember delegating much work to you as a ct rep at all and somehow doesnt feel like your the vice ct rep at all during the j2 year. Anyway been kinda cool being able to spam anime jokes sometimes to you and overall... the impression of ice queen still remains. Icy cold hands.

Conclusion:

Ok end of the whole thing. Took frigging 2hrs+ to type it. That is all the sentiments I have over the 1 years+ dunno how many months in 0827.
If you feel like it, don't just read. Do a list out too. Contribute to the society. To end it off, Confucius say:"Wherever you go, go with all your heart.".
Live a life without regrets.

PS: CLASS CHALET ON 16-18TH DECEMBER. BETTER COME OR YOU DIE.

Jyrminn:First impression was totally not good at all. Remembered that time during orientation u wanted to swap partners cause u dun like dancing with me. Then the impression gt better later on as get to know you watch abit of anime too. One thing that I have to salute you for is that you are the one we can rely on to coordinate the girls side for class outings. Makes these stuff so much easier. Was quite sad that you weren't able to join us for the second year but nevertheless still fun to talk rubbish with you about guy and girl mentalities and debate about the things guys and girls ought to do. Keep the fighting spirit up cause things will slowly get tough after promos. Side note: Got new class still have to remember us hor. Never come for quite a number of outings le hor. Class chalet better turn up.
